THE ULTIMATE BEAUTY ROUNDUP

Also featured: Vasic New York Boxy Bag

While I love sharing new beauty products, I don't like to talk about them until I've had a chance to try them out. And these past few months, I've been trying a LOT of new products. I wanted to do a quick roundup of my ultimate favorites! And while there are too much to do a full rundown of every detail about what makes these products great, I will do a bullet point per product about what each one is for, and why I like it. Enjoy!

Scents of Land Candle: These candles smell so good, I had to include them in the roundup. I leave this one open by my bed so that it's the first thing I smell in the morning. I love that you don't even have to light it for it to smell amazing.

Brocata Peppermint Purifying Scrub Shampoo: I use this shampoo once a week to clear out all the buildup from product so that my hair stays nice and shiny! Plus, it smells amazing.

Cake Anti-Aging Growth Serum: We think about anti-aging for our skin, but not so much our hair - except with this serum. It's basically a tonic for your scalp and hair that delays it from aging and keeps your follicles healthy, which in turn, keeps it growing.

Shu Uemura Texture Wave: When I straighten my hair, it can sometimes lose a lot of its body. This stuff puts it right back in - and when I want to leave my hair curly, I like to put just a little of this in to help give it that perfect 'undone' look.

Elizabeth and James Black Nirvana Dry Shampoo: I like the idea of dry shampoo, but I LOVE the idea of dry shampoo that smells amazing! Which is exactly what this is!

Per-fékt Skin Perfection + Broad Spectrum SPF 30: This has a mousse-like formula, and blends incredibly well. You also get great coverage, but your skin still looks like skin - not a mask! Plus, I LOVE that it has SPF 30, which is my personal bare minimum when it comes to SPF.

Per-fékt Conceal: I've found that a lot of the heavy-duty concealers can be a bit waxy. This one is lightweight and feels like nothing at all, but it covers just as well as any other heavy hitter. Plus, a little goes a long way!

Per-fékt Liquid Lash Curler: I don't use an eyelash curler because A) they kind of freak me out and B) I'm convinced that they just can't be good for your lashes! I found that this mascara curls even better than a lash curler, and requires one less step. Plus, you get some serious high-impact.

Per fékt Lash Perfection Gel: I'm a huge fan of mascara gels - they don't have oils in them the same way that others do which, in my opinion, lasts much better throughout the day, and are also easier to remove at night. This was the first gel mascara I've ever tried and I still love it the most t this day!

Rescue Skin Moisturizer and Serum: This is my go-to travel essential and I can't say enough good stuff about this product. I used the moisturizer in the morning and the serum at night, and each use is separately packaged, which not only makes it perfect for travel, but it also keeps the ingredients potent for peak performance. Among other natural ingredients, this also contains creatine, which improves cell turnover and tightens and smooths your skin, and stem cell therapy. But what I love the most about the moisturizer and the serum is that they seem to fix nearly any skin problem, to an extent. So instead of having one product per skin issue, these two do it all. click HERE for all the incredible ingredients included in Rescue Skin - it's shocking how much good stuff is in here.

Kate Somerville Exfolikate: This is like a facial in 2 minutes. It exfoliates super quickly and efficiently, and leaves you with a serious glow! A travel favorite of mine, and the first thing I reach for if I'm in-between facials.

Kate Somerville Dermal Quench Liquid Lift: I've never really had dry skin until we started spending so much time in the desert - suddenly, I need all the help I can get! This is what I like to call 'the good stuff.' It uses oxygen, among other things, and a highly efficient patented delivery system to hydrate and plump up your skin. It's a desert must for me, but I also love using it in cold weather.

Kate Somerville RetAsphere 2-in-1 Retinol Night Cream:  I can't say enough good thing about this product - partly because I'm a huge fan of retinol, but also because this does a little more than your average retinol product. It also moisturizes beautifully. If I'm lazy, I'll pop this on and call it a night.

Skinn Orchid Gel: After sunscreen, this is the first thing I put on my skin before makeup. On low maintenance days, I just put this on, a little mascara, and I'm good to go. It's like a mattifying primer that smooths out pores, fine lines and wrinkles, and gets rid of shine. Plus, it's lavender hued, which I find really helps to cancel out uneven skin color. One of my fave products ever, seriously.

Pestle & Mortar Hyaluronic Serum: Sometimes you just need a huge dose of moisture, which this provides.  I like to mix it into my moisturizers - both face and body!

Modern Minerals Eyeshadow: So light and so pretty! I love that these products are natural so I feel good about putting them on my skin. Their shimmery nude-toned eye shadows are my absolute favorites.
