HIGH WAIST WIDE LEG
We've come a long way from scrutinizing mom jeans - so far, in fact, that these days, mom jeans are just, well, jeans. They're dominating my closet, and seem to be the first thing I reach for whenever I'm feeling all denimish. But the thing is, I don't even know if my mom would wear these jeans, except maybe, when she was my age, and it was the 70's. The silhouette is exaggerated enough to give a feeling of uncomplicated drama to any look. Add a beyond perfect hat, the cutest little crossbody, slow slingback heels, and favorite jewelry, and mom jeans or not, this look is entirely one's own.
