Quite easily one of my favorite things to do when going to Maui is to stop by local farms for our produce while we are there. I absolutely love doing my grocery shopping directly from a farm - you really can't get more local than that, and eating local is definitely something that I try to do as much as possible. This time, we went to Kula Country Farms, which I've never been to before. Not only is it in an absolutely gorgeous location, but I loved that you can pick your own strawberries!
We snagged quite a few goodies, including some of the best tasting avocados ever and hung out with some farm animals (I'm getting a reputation for stalking chickens... still working on getting some of my own!) before heading over to Big Beach for a quick dip in the water. Pretty much the perfect day, on so many levels!
I'm already craving another trip back and while we're considering it, we might just take a little time off to work on our properties. I'm so excited to start our next project soon(ish!)
