I think it's safe to say that we could all use a little help bringing out our best selves - while I try to stick to a nutritional diet, get plenty of sleep, and drink water etc, my schedule often shifts around, making it a hard to stick to a perfect routine.
One thing that I've really found helps me are supplements. What I love about them is that they take less than a minute to add to my routine, but they make a world of difference. But of course, different supplements do different things - and after trying a lot of them, I thought I'd share 4 of my absolute favorites - and their benefits with you.

This daily supplement comes with the patented EHT extract, which helps to keep neural connections strong, and is a natural mix of isolated molecules found in coffee.
