Sometimes, the most simple of thoughts can end up in the most complex rabbit holes. This slip dress, for instance, named after one of my favorite books from one of my favorite authors (Delta of Venus by Anais Nin - Verité, you get me). It started with nothing. And then the turtleneck was added, because it is 'winter' after all. This was followed by jeans (just to see what it would look like), followed by a smattering of jewels, followed by boots. And the next thing you know, we were layered like it's 50 Fahrenheit, frolicking about in 75 degrees. Perfect practice for Seattle, I suppose...
