One of the hardest parts of moving around so much is keeping on track fitness wise, which we've done so much of this year, I can hardly believe it. Luckily, I have a pretty foolproof at-home workout that keeps me from getting completely out of shape. 

Whether you're a yoga expert or a total novice, doing a few sets of sun salutations is by far one of the easiest full body workouts and something you can literally do anywhere. Personally, I like to start the day with 12-15 rounds on each side in the morning, more if I'm moving through them faster for a cardio flow. And since that's basically all I've been doing lately, I thought I'd share some of my favorite YouTube videos with you guys.
